Terms and Conditions - POSB SMILEY CDA BABY'S FIRST GIFT REDEMPTION

The promotion period shall last from 1 July 2019 till 31 December 2019 (“Promotion Period”), or while stocks last.

Redemption is only applicable to customers who participated and qualified for the POSB Smiley CDA promotion.

First Gift is only limited to the first 1,000 redemption on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

A confirmation email will only be sent to you upon successful redemption, to inform you on the details for collection. Please be patient with us.

This campaign is ONLY applicable for Singapore citizens, PR and expats working and residing in Singapore, on a first come first serve basis.

Items in gift set may be subject to changes in unlikely cases of stock out.

Redemption of First Gift must be made via the link provided and within the redemption period stated in the redemption email.

You may be required to present the POSB Baby Bonus NETS card as proof of eligibility upon gift collection.

Please note that repeated entries will be disregarded.

First Gift is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

By submitting this redemption, you agree to provide the required personal data and to be contacted by any of our appointed agents for the purpose of First Gift redemption.

This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion offers.

GAIA SINGAPORE reserves the rights of final decision in any case of disputes.

1. Purpose of Collection
The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable GAIA Singapore (“GAIA”) to
a) carry out administrative and planning sales and marketing activities;
b) plan and develop future sales and marketing activities and opportunities;
c) facilitate your requirements in relation to the sales and marketing events and activities;
d) allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the sales and marketing events and activities;

2. Disclosure of Data
Your personal data may be disclosed by GAIA to its third party service providers, agents or collaborators for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third party service providers, agents or collaborators, if engaged by GAIA, would be processing your personal data for one or more of the above Purposes.

3. Declaration and Consent
By submitting your Declaration Form, you:
a) consent to GAIA collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the Purposes as described above;
b) consent to GAIA collecting personal data about you from sources other than yourself and using, disclosing and/or processing the same, for one or more of the Purposes as described above;
c) consent to GAIA disclosing your personal data to its third-party service providers, agents, or collaborators, for the Purposes as described above;
d) consent to GAIA transferring your personal data to its third party service providers, agents, or collaborators where such third party service providers, agents, or collaborators are sited (whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore), for the Purposes as described above;
e) represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number(s) provided by you in this form;
f) have read and understood the above provisions.

By acknowledging this form, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of any events and activities for the purpose stated above and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of the events and activities. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official GAIA’s publications and in publicity materials, including the GAIA’s websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of GAIA. GAIA, employees, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of these interviews, recordings, photographs, videotapes or films, and/or any reproductions of same in any form, as described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photographed, videotaped or filmed.
