GAIA subscription plans?
Ensuring that you never run out of your favourite GAIA products has never been easier. Our subscription plans are here to take care of you and your family’s grooming and skincare needs – A delightfully convenient bundle at a delightful price!
How it works:
- Pick a plan from the 4 available, depending on your needs.
- Choose the products you want. (Mix and match!)
- Receive your products each month in the comfort of your own home.
*Products can be changed each month. Be in control of your shipping date and frequency ANYTIME.
What are the available subscription plans?
We currently provide 4 different plans:
- GAIA Babies Starter Plan
- $55/mth; 3 items out of a list of 10 from the GAIA Natural Baby range.
- GAIA Babies Premier Plan
- $100/mth; 6 items out of a list of 11 from the GAIA Natural Baby range.
- GAIA Ambassador Plan
- $150/mth; 9 items out of a list of 28 from all 4 ranges. (GAIA Natural Baby, GAIA Pure Pregnancy, GAIA Skin + Body Care, GAIA Made for Men)
- GAIA Ultimate Family Plan
- $250/mth; 12 items out of our entire selection (40) of products. (GAIA Natural Baby, GAIA Pure Pregnancy, GAIA Skin + Body Care, GAIA Made for Men)
Can I select multiple quantities of a particular product?
Up to 2 of the same item can be selected.
What if I pick out an item that has lower value than the average per item price of the subscription plan?
The beauty of the bundle is that you can mix and match items of different prices to maximize utility and savings!Do I need an account to be on this subscription plan?
Yes, for returning users, you can just use your current account. New users, please register an account at our site.
Payment
What are the available modes of payment?
Payment via Credit cards only.
What if I am unable to complete payment?
Please email us with your order number at info@gaia.com.sg. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can!
Are there any additional fees associated with the subscription charge?
All purchase prices are stated in Singapore dollars and already include Singapore prevailing GST. We do not charge any other fees on top of the plans’ prices.
What about shipping fees?
Monthly deliveries to a single local address in Singapore are covered under our subscription plans.
Failed deduction?
A failed deduction occurs when your card issuer or financial institution rejects the monthly charge. In the event that there is a failed deduction, your subscription plan will be temporarily put on hold. You will receive an email notification. Please follow the instructions in the email, login to your account and update your credit card info. Once updated, simply wait for our re-deduction and we will ship out as soon as we can.

Order & Delivery
How long is the order processing time?
We will dispatch your order on the subscription date. It will take 1-3 working days to reach you.
What happens if I’m not a home to accept the delivery? Do I have to pay for the 2nd delivery?
We provide one extra delivery attempt free of charge. Subsequent delivery attempts will be subjected to $8 shipping fee.
What happens if I’m going overseas on the date that I’m supposed to receive my delivery?
Fret not, just drop us an email at info@gaia.com.sg at least 3 days in advance and we’ll arrange an alternative delivery date.
Can I split the products in my plan into different shipments?
This is not allowed since the plans are crafted as individual bundles. Delivering them in single batches also allows us to bring these bundles at a lower price to you.
Can I amend my monthly selection as and when I like?
Upon subscribing, you will receive an email on how to manage your plan. You'll receive email notifications such that you are in control of your ship date and frequency.
Monthly selections can be changed up till 5 days before the order date, which is one month away from your previous order.
To clarify, if your first order is on the 7th of December, then the selection for your second order can be changed latest by the 2nd of January.
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after the order date.
What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
While we strive to ensure that our subscribers get to exercise their full choice, we cannot guarantee that all products described on our site will be available at all times. In the event that an item is out of stock, you may request to receive it at the earliest time that we receive new stock or choose an alternative.
What if I forget to choose my items for the next delivery?
Not to worry, you’ll still be able to enjoy a resupply of GAIA products since we’ll simply send the same set of items as the previous delivery.
What if I want to change the receiving address for the package?
Yes you may change the address 5 days before the stipulated delivery date.
Refund and Exchange Policy
What happens if I want to cancel mid-way? Can I get a refund?The minimum subscription period that each plan carries helps us to bring you these bundles at a better price than buying the items individually. Cancellations/refunds of subscription plans/fees are hence not allowed.
Can I exchange the products once received?
Unfortunately we do not allow for products to be exchanged or refunded once they have been dispatched, with the exception of damaged items.
What happens if I realise that my items are damaged?
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately or within 5 days of receiving your order at info@gaia.com.sg. We will arrange for exchange of the item if deemed to be faulty or damaged during manufacturing. Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Terms & Conditions:
Orders
Due to security reasons our customer service team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. No order cancellations are allowed. This is also because our warehouse moves prompt in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
Promotions
All other in-store promotions cannot be used in conjunction with our subscription plans. The subscription plans are standalone offerings designed to help you, our customer, maximize value and are hence not valid with other in-store offerings.
GAIA loyalty points
In line with our policy on other in-store promotions, GAIA loyalty points will not be earned through our subscription plans as well. Similarly, GAIA loyalty points do not apply to any of our subscription plans.
Monthly deductions
Please make sure that a valid credit card is used to ensure that your subscription continues to run smoothly and that the flow of your favourite GAIA products do not stop. In the event of a failed deduction (e.g. due to insufficient funds/ invalid card) the products will not be delivered the next month.
Subscription minimum term/Cancellation
By purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for the minimum subscription period of the service. Beyond the minimum period, the subscription renews itself automatically on a monthly basis and you, as a subscriber, accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Gaia SG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
