  1. 1. To make an online purchase, you must register an account with GAIA.com.sg. Once registration is confirmed, you can start shopping.
  2. 2. You can access your account anytime to change or rectify any information you have given.
  3. 3. Registering of an account gives you a faster and easier shopping experience.
  4. 4. You enjoy a faster check out process and you are able to review your past orders, order status, items ordered and dates of purchase & delivery.

 

Products and Pricing

  1. 1. All prices is quoted in Singapore dollar (SGD).
  2. 2. Mamas’ Little Angels Pte Ltd is a GST-registered company. Prices shown are already inclusive of prevailing 7% GST.
  3. 3. GAIA.com.sg reserve the rights to make any changes to the pricing we offer in this site.
  4. 4. GAIA.com.sg will not be liable for any price changes and are not bound to fulfill any orders at old or erroneous prices.
  5. 5. GAIA.com.sg puts in all effort to maintain stock availability and reliable supply. Should we discover that the items you ordered has run out, we will contact to arrange a backorder.
  6. 6. Please note that swatches of product colours and fabric patterns depicted on this site may not be a true representation of the actual product due to the different screen settings of individual computers.

 

 

Ordering

  • - Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be allowed.
  • - If order is cancelled due to product unavailability or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
  • - You can check your order status by signing into My Account.
  • - Please note that all international orders are accepted only when you opt to pay by credit card via PayPal.

 

 

Shipping Information and Delivery Charges

  • - Once we have received your paid order, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • - Please note that proccessing time may be longer during peak festive periods.
  • - Delivery is strictly via local Courier service only. The fees are:
      • - for orders $50 & below, $7 delivery fee via local courier
      • - for orders $50 - $100, $5 delivery fee via local courier
      • - for orders $100 & above, FREE delivery can be enjoyed via local courier
  • - All intermational orders will be shipped via Speedpost registered mail. Please refer to shipping table.

  • - Rates are charged according to merchandise total and the zone the country is in.
  • - Please note that all orders delivered outside of Singapore (International Orders)may incurr additional customs and taxes charged by the country. These additional costs are not covered in the regular shipping fees you are paying during checkout. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for the additional costs in order to receive their shipment.
  • - On orders that incurr additional charges, a separate email will be sent to you for your confirmation.

 

 

Payment

  • - All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars.
  • - We only accepts the following payment options :

- Credit Card via PayPal

- Bank transfer (internet banking , ATM, over the counter)

  • - If you have opted for bank transfer, our bank account details will be provided during the checkout process and in the Order Confirmation email sent to you.
  • - Orders will only be fulfilled after the bank transfer has been done.
  • - Please email us after you have paid through bank transfer with your order number and transaction reference number.
  • - Once the above has been received and verified, we will ship your order within 3 business days.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority

All Items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless for the following :

  • - Items are different from stated on Invoice.
  • - Products are genuinely faulty during delivery (it is the customers responsibility to check their purchases during delivery)
  • - We will only accept items unopened for exchange.
  • - Please note that it is the customers’ responsibility to pay for delivery charges incurred when items are sent back to us.
  • - Orginial shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • - Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange your order.
  • - Please note that sale items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
  • - Please note that we only do refunds in bank transfer which is fast and will be processed within 14 business days.
